How do I find the right nanny for my family?

We also ensure that candidates have a full understanding of the practical aspects of the job and that they have realistic salary expectations. Screening Process
We insist that all our candidates have undertaken and passed a recognised childcare qualification or have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience. We will also ensure that candidates have all necessary experience and training to take charge of specific duties that will be expected of them.
All of our nannies have been subjected to an enhanced disclosure process (police check). A majority also carry a paediatric first aid course. If the latter is essential and the candidate is acceptable, a course can be arranged through Mulberry Nannies.
